Hi, I’m Dr. Ashley Sultan.
I’m a licensed psychologist who believes therapy begins with feeling truly seen and understood. I strive to create a warm, safe, and judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences, relationships, identity, and the transitions that shape your life. My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you gain insight, develop practical tools, and feel more grounded and confident in who you are.
I’ve worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, relationship challenges, adjustment, identity, and cultural concerns. I’m especially passionate about supporting people through seasons of change—from becoming a parent or navigating a relationship transition to simply feeling unsure of what comes next.
In addition to my private practice, I’m a licensed school psychologist, which has given me a unique perspective on development and the ways our early experiences, relationships, and environments shape who we become. I’m also a proud mom of two young girls, and motherhood has deepened my own understanding of identity and the ways our sense of self evolves through different seasons of life. This experience has inspired my work around identity development and my desire to create offerings specifically for women navigating transformative transitions.
Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors, reading for fun, watching old TV shows, baking with my daughters, and discovering new restaurants with my family. I’m glad you’re here, and I hope this space feels like a place where you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
Therapy for Navigating Life's Changes
I work with women ages 18–50 who are experiencing anxiety, major life transitions, perfectionism, and the challenges that come with balancing life's many roles.
Whether you're:
Feeling overwhelmed by the demands of work, relationships, or parenthood
Struggling with anxiety or constant overthinking
Adjusting to a new season of life
Questioning your identity or purpose
Feeling pressure to "do it all" perfectly
Trying to create healthier boundaries and a more balanced life
Therapy can help you better understand yourself and create lasting, meaningful change.
My Approach
I believe therapy is about more than managing symptoms. It's about understanding who you are, what matters most to you, and building a life that reflects your values—not just everyone else's expectations.
Our work together will help you:
Develop greater self-awareness
Better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns
Manage anxiety and life's stressors with confidence
Navigate transitions with resilience
Strengthen your sense of identity
Reconnect with your values and purpose
Build a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling
My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you feel supported while making meaningful changes at your own pace.
